3. Time zone
Indonesia is 7 hours ahead of Universal Time (GMT).
4. Dress code
Day 1 (21 August 2023): formal wear (preferably with suits) for opening ceremony
Day 2 (22 August 2023): smart casual wear throughout the date
Day 3 (23 August 2023): sport wear for tree planting activity
Day 4 & 5 (24 & 25 August 2023): casual wear for fieldwork
5. Electricity
Standard voltage in Indonesia is 230 V with a standard frequency of 50 Hz. Delegates from countries with different range of voltage are advised to have a voltage converter.
Most power plugs and sockets in Indonesia are type C and F, which is a 2-pin socket. Delegates coming from a country that does not use this type of sockets should buy an adapter.
