The above fees include registration kits and meals (brunch, lunch and afternoon tea). Accommodation is self-arranged. Any transaction surcharge must be borne by delegates.
Active REBORN members are entitled to a 10% discount. Proof of valid membership must be submitted for verification upon registration.

Delegates who are presenting papers are required to register as delegates and submit their abstracts via the AGRS registration form on the website.
Author guidelines for Extended Abstracts
All submissions must be adhere to the following procedures:

Only Extended Abstracts (1000 - 1500 words) will be reviewed and accepted. Short abstracts (100 - 150 words) and full papers will not be accepted.

Submission of extended abstract should be prepared according to the submission guidelines, using the provided template and uploaded in the registration form.

Extended abstracts that are not relevant to the conference will be rejected. Please refer to the conference scope and tracks.

Extended Abstracts Format:

Paper size: European A4.
-
Margins: 4cm (top), 2.5cm (left and right) and 2.7cm (bottom).
-
No page numbers, headers or footers within the paper.
-
Spacing: single spaced (1.0), not double spaced.
-
All fonts are embedded.
-
All pages are portrait (landscape pages should be rotated).
-
The abstract text should be indented 25mm from the left margin and there should be 10mm space after the abstract before you begin the main text of your extended abstract, starting on the same page as the abstract.
Extended Abstract Content:

The paper includes the author name(s) and affiliation(s) (full address including country).
-
All Extended Abstract must contain an abstract (120-200 words).

Papers must use inclusive language (Read: Guidelines on Inclusive Language and Images in Scholarly Communication)

All figures and tables should be numbered in numerical order. Please ensure that figure/table numbers are not duplicated or missed.
-
Figures are legible and placed within the text, not collected at the end of the document.
-
If section headings are numbered, ensure that they are numbered numerically, and no numbers are duplicated or missing.
-
Displayed equations should follow a naming convention in numerical order, i.e. (1), (2), (3) etc or by section, i.e. (1.1), (1.2) etc. Ensure every displayed equation has its own number and none are duplicated or missing.

Please ensure that the paper is thoroughly proofread to check the standard of English and ensure wording is clear and concise.

Dr. Widya Paramita
Dr. Widya Paramita is a lecturer and researcher at the Faculty of Economics and Business Gadjah Mada University, Indonesia. Currently, she is the Director of Magister of Science and Doctoral Program in Management. She is also the Editor in Chief of Journal of Indonesian Economy and Business (Scopus Q3; ABDC C Rank). She has a strong reputation in research and publication as she was awarded the best publication in socio-humanities from UGM. She has published her works in various reputable journals such as Journal of Business Research, Marketing Letters, Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services, Journal of Business Ethics, Young Consumer, among others. Dr. Daryl Ace V. Cornell
Dr. Daryl Ace V. Cornell is am the Chairperson of the Graduate Programs in International Tourism and Hospitality Management at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP). He is also an Associate Member of the National Research Council of the Philippines (NRCP) and contributes his expertise to the global academic discourse as a member of the Editorial Board for several prestigious international journals. Dr. Cornell’s work focuses on the strategic development of regional tourism, sustainable hospitality management, and the enhancement of tourism quality of life. Through his administrative leadership and commitment to academic excellence, he continues to shape the future of hospitality education and research in the Asia-Pacific region.

Dr. Supawat Meeprom
Associate Professor Dr. Supawat Meeprom is Associate Professor at the Faculty of Business Administration and Accountancy, Khon Kaen University, Thailand. He serves as the Chair of Hospitality and Event Management Program. He has published several journal articles, including Journal of Research in Interactive Marketing, Young Consumers, Food Quality and Preference, Journal of Travel and Tourism Marketing, Even Management Journal, International Journal of Quality and Service Sciences, and Tourism and Hospitality Research, Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Technology, and Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Insights.

Dr. Vuong Le Hong
Dr. Vuong Le Hong holds a PhD in Tourism Management from National Kaohsiung University of Hospitality and Tourism, Taiwan. He is a Dean at the Faculty of Tourism, Van Hien University, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. His research interests focus of tourism, destination marketing, tourist behaviour, and sustainable tourism development. He has published articles in peer-reviewed journals, such as Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Management and Journal of Quality Assurance in Hospitality and Tourism.

Associate Professor Dr. Phang Ing @ Grace
Phang Ing @ Grace is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Business, Economics, and Accountancy, Universiti Malaysia Sabah. With extensive experience in sales and marketing, she excels in securing national and university grants. Her research focuses on retail management, branding, services, and social media marketing, with publications in renowned journals. A certified trainer under HRD Corp & TTT program, she delivers talks and supports charity organizations.
